Yup, I'm twenty three years old now. Kind of weird thinking about it, there are a lot of years of my life that I feel like I wasted, some went by two fast and others are a jumble of variety, good/bad, fast/slow and ooooh so many things but there are still plenty years left ahead of me even with the world going weird. But hey, things worked out so far this week, new computer is up and running although I had to sink more money into it than I wanted.

40 dollars to get an adapter to plug in the old monitor and another thirty for a new headset coming in later today because my current one is designed to only work with consoles apparently, so that's annoying XD Anyway, if people are able I would much appreciate help acquiring or rather making up for cake stuffs.

Not something you want to wake up to after a nap to relieve some stress:gyazo.com/38df6e2f4e2ca83da7d7… I've spent the past few days, resolving an issue with PayPal. Last week I made a transaction while I had money on hold. The money was returned by PayPal of course because it was not available and as it should have PayPal dipped into a negative balance due to this a few days ago. This was not a problem. I would just have to start feeding money bank into PayPal to resolve the negative balance and avoid them trying to debit me directly.

Now I had a similar issue occur in the past but that was because of me spending more money than I had and forgetting to deposit money into my bank. In this case, as of earlier today more than half the debit to PayPal was gone. I had simply been feeding them instant payments from my bank account using my card. This brought my bank balance to a total of zero, any other money I needed remained physical in case I needed to use it so I could avoid it getting eaten up by accident. I had yet to receive any e-mail or notice from PayPal stating they were going to attempt to debit my account, something they had done last time I was in debt with them, they warned me before it occurred.

So I get home, knowing I'll have the balance resolved by Monday / Tuesday, which should still be no problem as transactions do not process over the weekend. Decide to nap, wake up, check a few things and then later I decide to check my bank account to see if any other transactions have processed as I was expecting at least 18 CAD to come in from a refund. Instead I find that PayPal has, without warning, pulled 353.33 CAD from my account which was resting at zero, putting me into the negative. Now, I do not owe them that amount anymore, the negative balance I was feeding into as planned is less than half that and everything was going to be just fine anyway.

Until they fucked it up. Once the system realises my account was empty, the amount will bounce back, likely my bank will charge me a NSF fee as well and this royally, royally pisses me off. Because I was fixing it, I was getting the money to do so and I knew 100% that i could do it, I planned for it, then PayPal comes a long and makes it fucking impossible. 

I'm just thankful I paid for my rent and bills already. Fuck. 

Or at least at this point I am very sure I do. Many of the symptoms line up and I never had chicken pox when I was younger so (not to mention I don't think I was vaccinated against it, oops. Ah well, just a reminder that I need to catch up on a ton of those!). I will be going to the doctor's this week to confirm, unfortunately today is a holiday so I cannot do so. If anything goes seriously wrong though I live awfully close to the hospital (like less than ten minutes by car I think) so that's a comfort but I do not think anything is going to go that far, but otherwise I am sick and it is very unpleasant.

I am well aware of various treatments, oatmeal baths and also not scratching and such, I'm taking care to not mess things up as much as possible so we'll see how things go. Let's hope I get better soon!

I want to, I really want to prove to people that I can make a career out of this, I really do but I cannot help what happens to people and I don't want to force anyone to do something, however this means a ton to me. I make all sorts of promises to people and I owe people lots, but being able to make this work as a career is so damn important and yes, before you ask I have been looking for work on the side, applying for places for months and gotten nothing.

I just can't let this fail. Because I know I can do this.
